Message from the Principal
Since 1993, Milkwood Primary School has served the Mossel Bay community with distinction. We strive, on a daily basis, to give children a holistic education. This is achieved through a sound academic, spiritual and cultural programme.
We experience Milkwood Primary School as a happy, structured learning environment for all, within the framework of our value system based on Christian principles. To be honest, friendly, responsible, considerate, proud and polite, are the values central to our ethos.
Each learner’s individuality is promoted, life skills are provided in the learning process, so that each child becomes a responsible, productive and self motivated learner. Currently we have 647 learners in our school and class sizes are kept as small as possible.
With the world changing at an ever-increasing pace, education needs to grow and change with it, in order to fully prepare young people fully for the future. Most importantly, children need to unlock their own potential and take their next step, armed with knowledge, a good value system and wisdom, to take them as far and as high as they wish to go.
